the law establishes the features of compulsory execution of judicial acts, acts of other bodies and officials, as well as the return of overdue debts in the period of epidemic. The new rules apply to Executive documents filed for enforcement until October 1, 2020, except in certain cases. According to deputies of the state Duma, the law will affect more than 4 million citizens and legal entities.
Pensioners will be eligible for a deferment if their income is no more than two living wages, and the amount of debt does not exceed 1 million rubles. In this case, they will be able to repay the debt within two years. Entrepreneurs will be able to pay off debt in one year, but its amount should not exceed 15 million rubles.
