In the US, today began the final stage of the world’s biggest trial of a vaccine against coronavirus.
According to the Associated Press, the testing will take part 30 thousand volunteers. The prototype vaccine developed by the national Institute of health USA, together with biotech company Moderna.
Volunteers will not know received the real vaccine or a placebo. After administration of two doses of scientists will follow what the group of volunteers most susceptible to the disease during the occupation of daily chores. Special attention is paid to inhabitants of the areas where the virus continues to spread uncontrollably.
Earlier in Brazil and other affected by the coronavirus countries began testing other vaccines developed by China and UK, including the University of Oxford.
