The nutritionist warned of the dangers of apricots

the Chief dietitian of the Department of health of Moscow Antonina Starodubova told about the benefits and harms of apricots for the body.

According to her, these fruits are rich in such vitamins as A, C, E and B1, and also contain potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and iodine. The specialist noted that due to consumption of apricot can increase the immune system and help the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

note that the expert warned that the apricots should be eaten in moderation. As informs Agency “Moscow”, Starodubova advises not to eat more than 300 grams of apricots daily. Otherwise, the fruit may be harmful to the gastrointestinal tract.

Earlier, the dietitian Svetlana Titova urged Russians to abandon the strict mono-diet, which undermine the immune system and thereby pose a risk during a pandemic coronavirus.
