“In the hospital the girl had given all necessary medical care, fighting for her life, but was denied access to her volunteers”, — noted in the human rights Department.

According to the office of the Ombudsman, the staff has twice applied to institutions with a recommendation to accept the help of volunteers for immobile patients.

“At the psychiatric hospital of Kaschenko the proposal of the Ombudsman was supported, in Skvortsova-Stepanova — no (in the clinic referred to the established by the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation and Rospotrebnadzor bans)”, — said the Agency.
