According to Tsepkalo, the opposition in Belarus has no chance for open and honest elections, citizens deprived of the opportunity to choose their own future.
The Tsepkalo, the CEC was not registered as a candidate, after which he went to Moscow and later in Kiev. At home he was threatened with arrest and the prospect of termination of parental rights.
