During the meeting with the Crimean Tatar activists, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky could not ignore the question of the territorial status of Crimea.
According to UNIAN, Zelensky promised to “return” to the Peninsula, annexed by Russia in 2014, but did not specify when and how he intends to do it.
Zelensky emphasized that madly believes in the restoration of the “Ukrainian” status of Crimea, and said that there will raise the Crimean Tatar flag.
“We’ll come back and Crimea will return and people will return,” — said Zelensky.
