Vladislav Pozdnyakov promotes nationalist and racist views. In December 2019, he was sentenced to two years probation for incitement of hatred towards women (part 1 of article 282 of the criminal code), a few months later the case was closed because of the partial decriminalization of the article. According to different versions, now Pozdnyakov lives in Poland or Georgia. In may this year against Pozdnyakov launched an online campaign demanding to bring him to justice for the persecution of women.
