the Central election Commission of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics have informed citizens who have passports of the Russian Federation, on the procedure and places of voting on the approval of amendments to the Constitution of Russia.
“Russians” DNR and LNR will be able to vote at 12 sites in the Rostov region from 25 June to 1 July.
Earlier it was reported that a Russian passport in a simplified manner received approximately 200 thousand inhabitants uncontrolled Kiev areas of Donbass, however, the head LNR Leonid beekeeper reported that Russian citizens were already 110 thousand of the approximately 1.4 million living in the Republic.
