Changes to article 185.1 of the Labour code and establish additional safeguards during the passage of the clinical examination in the form of exemption from work for one working day once a year with preservation of a place of work (post) and average earnings. This establishes the duty of all employees if it is provided by the appropriate local normative act, submit to the employer a certificate confirming the passing of the examination on the relevant day (off work).
