the Union has asked the Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov to inspect the arguments about presence in actions of officials of the Ministry of health of indications of violations, responsibility for which is provided by articles 207.1 of the criminal code (dissemination of false information) and 286 of the criminal code (exceeding official powers) and article 13.15 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (abuse of freedom of mass information), and in the case of confirmation of violations to bring the perpetrators to justice under the law.

Andrey Konoval reminded that the size limit for the incentive payments and their recipients have caused dissatisfaction of the medical personnel and drivers “first aid” provoked an increase in labour conflicts and protest of the health workers was the threat of mass violations of public order and public security.
