the United States urged the Chinese authorities to reconsider their refusal to participate in tripartite negotiations with Russia on strategic stability.
As wrote in microblogging network Twitter, the special envoy of the U.S. President for arms control Marshall Billingsley, “to achieve great power status, need to be responsible great power.” He also added that for China “there is a place at the negotiating table in Vienna.”
In Vienna on 22 June will be held the Russian-American negotiations on arms control. China’s foreign Ministry said earlier that does not intend to participate in discussion of this question.
