Victims on criminal case about a drunken accident, which accused the actor Mikhail Efremov, officially informed about the completion of the investigation.
As told TASS the lawyer of the victims, Alexander Dobrovinsky, today at eight in the evening received a message from the investigator about the investigation. When will the first introduction of the case remains unknown, said Dobrovinsky.

the accident with the participation of Michael Ephraim took place on 8 June. While driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the actor has left on an oncoming lane on Smolensk square and collided with a Lada van, at the wheel which was the courier the online store Sergey Zakharov. He received multiple injuries and died in hospital. As examination showed, at the time of the accident Efremov was in a condition of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication. On 9 June the court sent Ephraim under house arrest for two months.
Yefremov is accused as regards 4 articles 264 of the criminal code — violation of the drunk traffic rules, entailed on imprudence death of the person. Victims of the case found the relatives of the deceased in the accident Sergei Zakharov, a widow, two sons and a brother. In the near future they should begin to familiarize with the case materials, the same procedure is waiting for Ephraim and his defense. Then it will be sent to the Prosecutor’s office, and after approval there of the indictment in court.
Police said that the wine of Ephraim is confirmed by collected proofs and indications of witnesses. The case made all necessary examination, on file all data of cameras and witness statements.
