According to him, the weather is virtually the same as last year.
“Also a very warm June, then a cooler July — all said that the summer is gone,” said the forecaster.
He said that the second half of the month will be warmer than now, although a steady temperature of 20 degrees quite “comfortable for St. Petersburg”. It will continue to rain.
“I’m not saying that will be dry, for example, or the same period will come, as was hot in June when there was an anticyclone, and the temperature reached 30 degrees,” — said Kolesov.
In his opinion, the city residents expect the third decade of the month, when the weather gets a little warmer and the temperature set at 21 to 26 degrees.
Kolesov added that on Saturday, the cyclone will bring to the city a strong wind with gusts 15 to 20 meters per second. Sunday weather will be adjusted.
