according to Yle, in hotels of South Karelia has told that the Russians were counting on the opening of the border with Finland on 15 July and was trying to book rooms.

However, for pandemic coronavirus remain in force until at least July 14. Whether they will be extended is still unknown.

Earlier, the Finnish authorities have warned that the country would open its border with Russia “among the last”.
