The court in Voronezh dismissed the petition of a consequence about arrest of the district, shot down three men, and sent him under house arrest. This is stated in the release on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee. According to investigators, 24-year-old policeman in the evening of 9 June, was involved in an accident at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and the street Zoe Kosmodemyanskoy. Concerning the police officer criminal case on violation of traffic rules which negligently caused human death (part 3 of article 264 of the criminal code). As explained in the regional Department of internal Affairs, the police lost control and drove onto the sidewalk, where he hit three people. One victim from the received traumas has died on the spot, another two women were hospitalized.
