This tenth album, All , follows by two years the birth of a baby boy to which he dedicated a beautiful composition entitled Pell (far breton). The man has learned the breton language in order to invest even more its environment. At 48 years of age, the musician has long since dropped the mooring lines to focus on an international career, far from the original soundtrack of Amélie Poulai n to which it is too often reduced.
After a time poured into the rock noisy, it delivers today a music to the accents gladly mystical. Born from travels in California or Berlin, the album is very connected to nature and the elements. It is in Ushant that Yann Tiersen has given last month to the kick-off of an international tour, which sees him move to Paris for two unique evenings.
