“the Governor has already gathered on Tuesday to come to Moscow and to write the application at own will, and you arrested him,” said Zhirinovsky, speaking at a meeting of the state Duma.
He suggested that Furgala was arrested because “someone wanted to show the muscles”. “He flew to Moscow, flew to me, I persuaded him to write the application at own will”, — said Zhirinovsky.
