the Citizens of Vsevolozhsk, Vyborg, Gatchina, Kirov, Lomonosov and Tosnensky districts will not be able to stay in Volkhov, Lodeynoye pole, Luga, Podporozhye, Slates, Sosnovy Bor, Kingisepp, Ivangorod, Svetogorsk, Kirishi, and Tikhvin.
Exceptions are — emergency stop and adherence to the place of work or residence.
