The court in Rostov-on-don recognized today blogger Gaspar Avagian guilty of extortion at two police officers, a doctor and Director of the driving school. Before his arrest in may 2019 Avakian led a YouTube channel and filmed videos about how security forces violated the traffic rules on the roads.
