According to the press service of the RRG, it was initially for interrogation as a witness in criminal proceedings which investigated the circumstances of the move across the border of Ukraine with concealment from customs control in the collection of cultural property, which consists of 43 paintings by world famous artists.
RRT Gathered in front of reporters, the former President said that his case will be closed in front of him and apologize. “I am deeply convinced that they should now say: sorry, Peter, we are closing the case, our apologies, and all those involved in this crime will be punished,” — said Poroshenko.
According to him, “that now the authorities are doing has nothing to do with the movement in Europe, with our achievements.”
Some time later there was information from the RRT that “Poroshenko refused to participate in questioning and trying to leave the room.” However, “at 11:40 GBR investigators reported the suspected Poroshenko P. According to “112 Ukraine”, the former President became a suspect in the case of the illegal appointment of the first Deputy head of the foreign intelligence Service Sergei Semochko.
