As explained in a press-service GU MVD of Russia Moscow region, the police checked the information, establish the circumstances of the incident, as well as citizens involved in the Commission of the crime.
a Similar incident happened in Nizhny Tagil. There two teenagers put out the Eternal flame at the square of Fame. They are wanted by the police. According to local media, the Teens climbed the pedestal, and poured the fire with water from plastic bottles, then fled. Bullies no one was arrested, although their actions were observed by the witnesses. The work of the Eternal flame restored, the teenagers wanted.
