Deputy interior Minister of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko confirmed the death of 47-year-old Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the group “Trust” Valeria Davidenko.
According to Gerashchenko, the body with a gunshot wound was found in his own office in Kiev, Bolshaya Vasilkovskaya street. At 18:37 (time coincides with Moscow time) the cleaner reported the incident to the police.
“Today, in Kiev, in his own office, in the bathroom, was found the body of a people’s Deputy Valeriy Davydenko with a fatal gunshot wound to the head,” wrote Gerashchenko in Facebook.
