Media: the U.S. Senate approved the allocation of $10 million for projects of nuclear tests

the U.S. Senate Committee on armed forces has agreed to allocate $10 million for projects related to nuclear tests, reports the Hill newspaper.

According to the publication, the amendment to the draft defense budget proposed by Republican Senator Tom Cotton. It will allow to allocate money for projects aimed at reducing preparation time for nuclear tests if necessary.

Previously, the American media with reference to sources wrote that the administration of Donald trump discussed the possibility of holding the first since 1992 nuclear testing.
