The investigation showed the co-administrator of a public “Ombudsman police” Igor Khudyakov, the prosecution on charges of illegal circulation of pornographic materials. As said the Agency “Moscow” the lawyer Maxim Pashkov, during the interrogation of his client explained that the blame does not recognize, and gave testimony in fact charged. Add that Khudyakov accused of the illegal manufacturing and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects, committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion. Earlier it was reported about initiation of another criminal case against the administrator and founder of the Internet community “Ombudsman police” Vladimir Vorontsov under part 3 of article 242 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, and also about the detention of Khudyakova in Vologda. According to the interior Ministry, the case was filed after the woman’s claim with the requirement to prosecute those who spread in social networks, intimate photos. During preliminary investigation it is established that in September 2018, the Creator and administrator of groups in social networks according to prior conspiracy with unidentified persons organized on these Internet sites, public display and distribution of pornographic photographs. Access to them was provided to the panellists. Let us add that only Vorontsov to date filed four cases, two for extortion and two for pornography. In early may, a court in Moscow arrested Vorontsov for up to 6 July.
