Cold anomalies await the Urals and some regions of Siberia. As reported by RIA “Novosti”, said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center Roman Vilfand.
“Very cold will be in Tomsk, Omsk and Tyumen regions in the Urals: Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg regions,” he said.
According to him, the day temperature “barely” would be closer to 20-degrees and the night of 8-9 degrees.
He added that the cause of the anomalies is that the anticyclone is not shifted to the East, as usual, and to the West.
