Moscow’s Department after a signal from a concerned citizen stopped the illegal repairs to the building Centropechat on Tverskaya.
As reported in a press-Department service, employees of the Moscow cultural heritage Department promptly arrived to the facility and confirmed the fact of illegal work in the building, which has the status of a cultural heritage object of Federal significance.
As it turned out, the building owner has commenced work without approval of documentation and official permission. In particular, workers engaged in the dismantling of barriers and widening the doorway.
Now the owner will be obliged to carry out work on preservation and to eliminate the consequences of an inconsistent fixation.
