Entry for scientists and graduate students from China in USA will be banned. This decision was made by the American President Donald trump, follows from the text issued by the White house newsletter.
it noted that the prohibition is set to protect the intellectual property and technology of the country. To restrict the entry plan of the PRC citizens who are not immigrants from China, visas for F or J for research or study. Exceptions are made for students arriving in the country legally.

Earlier in may, the Commerce Department imposed sanctions against 24 Chinese commercial and government organizations. In response, China said that some political forces in the US are pushing countries to the “new cold war”.
