“after Hearing the views of the parties, the court decided to satisfy the petition of the investigation and extend the period of detention Arslanova for a term until 6 September,” read the decision of the judge 235th garrison court martial Ilya Romanenkov.
Earlier Romanenkov said that Arslanov “met with former and current employees of the Main military Prosecutor’s office, and offered cash rewards to give him information about his criminal record”.
Arslanov said that “this is all made up”.
According to investigators, Arslanov involved in two counts of fraud on a large scale: at 191.5 million and 6.5 billion. Arslanova is also believed to be involved in a criminal case, JSC “Voentelekom” was initiated in 2013.
