Hundreds of employees of the automobile plant

Several hundred employees of the plant “Volgabas” in the Vladimir region refused to work because of wage arrears. The staff of the enterprise for the production of CNG buses said that they have not received salaries for April and for may advance, according to “Zebra TV”.

According to the newspaper, the company’s employees before the strike twice advised the management of the company “Bakulin motors Group”, which owns the plant. Sources “Zebra TV” claim that the statements were written hundreds of employees — from 365 to 514 people.

In a press-service “Bakulin motors Group” say that “wages are paid regularly and in full,” and “for the duration of the restrictive measures left the factory not more than 4% from the average number”.

At the same time, as noted by Vladimir edition, in early April Sobinsky Interdistrict Prosecutor’s office announced that from December 2019-March employees of scientific-industrial complex was not paid a salary. In four months the company owes the staff 20 million rubles. After the intervention of the Supervisory authority, the plant’s management has partially complied with its obligations to employees.
