Mass protests in the United States has not led to an increase in the rate of infection of the coronavirus, said Vice-President Mike Pence on air of TV channel Fox Business.

According to the politician, two weeks after the start of the protests, the growth in the number of new infections is not observed. Pence explained by the fact that the protests of “many wore masks, and kept a certain distance”. Also, according to him, the speed decrease the spread of the virus is influenced by sunlight, heat and humidity.
