a Court in Virginia sentenced the citizen of the Russian Federation Alexey Burkov to nine years in prison. He is accused of cybercrime.
according to TASS, the punishment was less severe than expected, the prosecution asked for 15 years imprisonment.
Burkov was detained in Israel in 2015 at the request of Washington, and in 2019 extradited to the States.
