In Moscow, opened one of the best clinics in Europe in the field of Oncology, provided with the newest technologies. This was announced by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin during a visit to Moscow international cancer center (mmoc).
According to him, it was created by agreement of the government of the city with one of the largest private medical companies of Russia – JSC “European medical center”. It is planned that the new cancer center will provide assistance to needy patients free of charge under policy OMS.
In the center, as explained in the press service of the city hall, established the unique Department of radiation Oncology, equipped with eight linear accelerators of the last generation.
this year In the framework of the basic program of compulsory medical insurance in MOC will be able to undergo radiation therapy more than 4,5 thousand patients. In the near future it is planned to open the hospitals and the Department of radionuclide diagnostics.
