In St. Petersburg opened a case against the Deputy of the legislative Assembly of Roman Koval and his assistant Andrey Grishin. This was reported in the RF IC.

According to investigators Koval from 2018 to 2020 received from a certain businessman in person and through the mediation of his assistant Grishina money and a car, totaling more than 15 million rubles. For this he was instrumental in allocating funds to certain public institutions, which represent the owner of a commercial organization had signed contracts.
During receiving a bribe detained red-handed an assistant to the Deputy and then the Deputy.
