At the head of the St. Petersburg “teachers Alliance” Daniel Ken opened a criminal case under article “Contempt of court” for the posts of “Vkontakte” made in August last year. About it the correspondent “of Rosbalt” was told by Daniel himself Ken.
“on June 3 at 7 a.m. searching my came home investigative group headed by the man from the bailiff of the Vyborgsky district. It was three of the operative, technical specialist police, three members of the SWAT and two witnesses. They confiscated all the devices, phones, tablets, laptop, even almost took a kids Mp3 player”, — said the head of the Union.
According to him, seized the staff of the paraphernalia of political activity — badge of the participant of the conference “Open Russia”, leaflets of Alexei Navalny in 2011, a poster calling for fair elections, which Ken picked up on the Swamp area.
“All of these materials are not relevant to the criminal case of contempt of court. Perhaps they will try in all this political paraphernalia to find extremism — suggested Ken. — A criminal case against me initiated on the report of employee of the Center “e” Lebedev, who I found “Vkontakte” in August post criticizing judge of the Vyborg district court of Anna Nikolaeva. She took me in the summer with the municipal elections.”
Now Daniel Ken took recognizance not to leave from St. Petersburg and a subscription to disclose details of the case (the latter condition the head of the Union not going to abide by).
Earlier, the “Rosbalt” wrote that ex-candidate for MO Svetlanov sued the electoral Commission, who withdrew his registration for two days before the election.
