Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba condemned the practice of issuing Russian passports to residents of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics.
“From the point of view of the law is absolutely worthless pieces of paper, and practice their issuance should be terminated. So we work with the international community, with our partners, so that they do not recognize these passports and that we together put pressure on Russia to stop this practice,” — said Kuleba in an interview with “UKRINFORM”.
According to him, Russia violates international law, “therefore, any value for us they don’t have.” The Minister noted that not all the inhabitants of the DNI and LC “to equate with the same brush”.
