the Russian segment of the International space station are equipped with control systems after the incident with the hole in the spacecraft “Soyuz”. This was announced by the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin in the program “nightingales LIVE” on YouTube.

“We have done everything necessary to even theoretically impossible to do it. The Russian segment of the ISS today is reliably protected with all the necessary systems for monitoring and control”, — said Rogozin.

30 Aug 2018 astronauts discovered an air leak on the ISS. The survey showed that the “Union” docked to the ISS, there is a hole, through which the air flows away. The hole was sealed with speichermedium. Roscosmos launched an investigation. There were several versions — from contact with microscopic meteorite to drilling the hull of a ship on the Ground, but the exact cause of the hole was not installed.

In September last year, Rogozin said that Roscosmos found a reason for appearance of “holes”, performed experiments and collected samples, which gave an explanation for the incident, but to tell the reason he refused.
