the Investigative Department of the Russian interior Ministry has opened several criminal cases about attempts to prevent the vote on the amendments to the Constitution. In addition, said Deputy interior Minister Igor Zubov, during the vote there are more than 200 administrative violations.

As reported “Interfax”, Zubov said that the results of all questions were prosecuted. “The plot of all of these criminal cases, evidence of attempts to prevent the holding of the nationwide vote,” he said. Interior Ministry spokesman also said that during the entire period of preparation and holding of the vote “recorded attempts of external influence” on the will of the Russians. These “attempts” are carried out with mobile phones and websites registered mainly abroad, he added.

Recall that a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution took place on 1 July. Six days before that in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region held electronic voting. In General, the voting was extended for a week from 25th June to the spread of coronavirus to minimize contact people in the areas.
